Liebster Award!

Last week, I was delighted to receive the Liebster Blog Award from the lovely Hunter at Navy & Orange! Hunter's blog is a must read, full of beautiful images and inspiring ideas. The nature of this award is to share it with other bloggers and I am very excited to pass it on to four of my favourite daily reads! Miranda - The Chic Sheet 

I would first like to take the time to say thanks to the lovely Laura for nominating me for this award! Being able to network and make friends in the blogging community, and many in different areas of the world, is one of the most rewarding parts of the blogging experience! I initially started my blog as a creative outlet in which I could share my love of all things fashion, photography, and writing. However, now it has become so much more. It has opened doors to new opportunities and also allowed me to make new friends who share the same passions as I do in life. I can''t wait to see where it will take me next and what new friends I will make in the years to come.

 Samantha - Every Shade of Green

Firstly, thank you Laura for passing this award on to me. It is my first award and I was so excited when you first mentioned it to me! I started blogging in November of last year as a creative distraction to my current long distance relationship (!) and it has grown from there. Around the same time I started my blog, I also purchased my first apartment and I wanted a way to document any interior inspiration I came across. I also wanted a place to diarise any travelling that I did.

At first, I was just posting pictures and quotes that I found around the web but as I've got more into the blogging community, I've become far more creative and I'm loving it! I honestly cannot believe how many really lovely people I've 'met' through blogging. I get my inspiration mainly from reading other blogs, Pinterest, magazines & travelling and my blog is a mixture of fashion, food, travel and snippets of my life.

Ally - The Ruffled Lace

hi all! my name is ally and i blog over at the ruffled lace. I cannot believe laura thought of me for this award! she is a star. i started blogging because i was itching to do something creative with my life. my cousin had introduced it to me and i was hooked. my blog has a little bit of everything but it mainly focuses on fashion which is what i am most interested in. i get a ton of inspiration from who what wear, style.com, into the gloss, the coveteur, street style blogs and magazines. i am constantly people watching, i love to see how other people put things together. i think fashion has a lot to do with appreciating other people's creative aesthetic. that's a little about me, thanks for the mention xox

Hey everyone! I'm Katie and you can find me blogging at Miss Dixie where I share my ramblings on fashion, my sweet family, delicious food, interiors and my life on the coast. Somehow I stumbled upon the blogging world and instantly knew it was what I needed to fulfill my creative outlet! I am inspired by great bloggers {like Laura!} and this beautiful world around me.
