Hello, I'm still here!
September turned out to be a bit of a whirlwind with fashion month madness, meaning this little space got neglected for a few weeks!
I've also enjoyed a relaxing break on the beautiful island of Malta. It was just what I needed to recharge and re-energise and now that I'm back, I'm excited to embrace the new season!
I thought I would start with a quick recap of my Maltese adventure! The island itself is tiny and I loved it. Nowhere was far away and we got to explore so much in just one week. Highlights included the sister islands of Gozo & Comino with stunning views of the Azure Window and the Blue Lagoon.
Malta is a popular tourist destination but unlike other places I've been, it has retained its own identity without becoming too commercialised. The capital city of Valletta has an olde world feel with it's narrow cobbled streets and exquisite buildings. Someone described it to me as 'the land that time forgot' which is so true in a very charming way.
I would go back to Malta in a heartbeat and recommend it as a destination if you ever get the chance to visit.
