South Beach Swimwear...

Going on a late holiday makes it difficult to shop for swimwear, especially if you tend to leave things to the last minute like me! September rolled around and there was not a bikini or swimsuit to be seen in the shops. Just when I was about to panic, an e-mail from 'South Beach' popped into my inbox!

I had never heard of the website before, so I was giddy with excitement to log on and uncover a world of swimwear, beachwear and accessories in every shape, size and colour! The lovely people at South Beach kindly gifted me a couple of styles to review, arriving just in time for my trip to Malta.

I'm always drawn to brights, so the Faye Nectarine Parrot Jewel Bandeau was my first choice. It comes with a detachable halter strap, which I chose not to wear (great for avoiding pesky tan lines!)

I love that all of the tops and bottoms are sold separately, meaning you can mix and match. Select different colours and different types of briefs or team block colours with printed styles - the choice is yours. This also allows you to order different sizes on top and bottom, which is a major plus in my book! I chose the Flick Nectarine Gathered Side Bikini brief to complete my look.

I also received the Neon Pink Crochet Fringe Kaftan. I absolutely loved the colour and dramatic fringing on this and it was the perfect cover up for going to and from the pool.

I've pulled together a few more of my favourite pieces available on South Beach now. And the good news is that there's a great Sale running too! So, if you have a winter sun trip coming up or if want to get a head start on next year, click right here...

Happy Shopping!

  3. I swim a lot. The great thing about my new suit and Speedo in general - is that they are manufactured to endure a lot of exposures to chlorine and salt water.
